Lee Krasner (1908-1984)

1943

Lee Krasner married Jackson Pollock in or about 1945. They moved to East Hampton where both artists created art in separate studios. In 1956, Pollock went to visit friends in Europe. While she was away, On August 11, 1956, Pollock died in a car crash.
